Let's Reimagine our Cities through UX Design

The Topic

Inspired by my experiences in both delightful and drab urban environments in which I've lived and spent time, I began to ponder the future of urban design from the viewpoint of a UX designer. I explore the human-centered design process and how it might be applied to cities.

The Goal

My aim was to elaborate the design process while encouraging as many people as possible, not just city planners, to think of how we build our cities and communities for a more fulfilling civic life.

Introducing the concept and history of zoning and how it's shaped our cities.

An example of a mixed-use, walkable model solution for a better urban user experience.

The vision: walkable mini-hubs like the one above all around a city, connected with nature-focused transit lines.
